The service

IncogDate is an adult dating product. You must be 18+, provide accurate details, and keep credentials secret.

Acceptable use

No harassment, scams, CSAM, or illegal content. We may suspend or ban accounts, including from reports.

Subscriptions

Paid features renew until cancelled in Apple, Google, or the web gateway you used. Store rules apply to IAP.

Content

You grant us a licence to host photos and messages so the product can function. You remain responsible for what you post.

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not a party to offline meetings. Meet in public; trust your judgement.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the published date is acceptance. The live version is always this CMS page.
