Refunds & Returns

IncogDate sells digital subscriptions, not physical goods. There is nothing to "return" in the parcel sense.

Apple App Store / Google Play

Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple and Google. Request them from the store account that was charged.

Web gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree)

If you paid on the web, email support within 14 days of an accidental duplicate charge. We do not refund unused time on a term you chose to cancel early unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account closure.
