Account & Data Deletion

Google Play and App Store listings require a reachable deletion path. This is it.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account. Confirm. Matches, photos, and chat for that account are queued for deletion.

Without the app

Email the support address on the Contact page from the same email or phone on the account. Subject: Delete IncogDate account. We aim to complete erasure within 30 days, except records we must keep for safety or law.

After deletion

You will not be able to recover the profile. You may register again later as a new user.
